Her work
Jane built her company on one belief, that a person is innocent until proven guilty and should be treated like a client, not a criminal. She is often in court at arraignment to support the people she bonds out, and families have written about her waiting at the jail with clean clothes and a meal.
In 2004 she created Bail Today, Pay Later®, a payment plan that lets families start a bond with as little as 1% down on approved credit, so the size of a bank account does not decide who comes home.
In March 2026 ABBA Bail Bonds announced a free bail program for expectant mothers and mothers of young children, with complimentary life coaching for clients (press release on The National Law Review). The same terms now apply at Jane Un Bail Bonds, see free bail for pregnant women.
How she fights for families

Jane is often in court when the people she bonds out are arraigned. When someone has been in custody more than three days, Jane Un Bail Bonds brings a clean change of clothes. When a mother has been in jail more than a week, Jane takes her to a spa to clean up and rest before she goes home to her family. And when a court date gets missed, her team moves fast to get the bond reinstated.

In families' words
...but what impressed us most about Jane Un Bail Bonds is that the "Bail Today, Pay Later" is real. Coming up with the money to afford the bail was pretty much impossible and we did not have much collateral. But Jane allowed us to make monthly payments we could afford. I don't know what we would have done without this program. Nobody else offered it to us.
Nobody wants to be in a situation where a Bail Bond is needed. And I never thought I would ever be put in jail and need one. But it happened. I m so glad I found Jane. She got me out fast and worked it out so that I could afford to make monthly payments.
Jane, just a quick note to thank you for all you did for Enrique. You were the only one who seemed to care about him as a person. You are the only one who wanted to hear his side of the story. That you actually came to Court when he was arraigned gave us so much more strength and comfort to see this thing through.
