Bail Today, Pay Later®
Jane Un started Bail Today, Pay Later® in 2004 for families who could not come up with the premium all at once. It is still the heart of how we work. 1% down on approved credit, and monthly payments you can actually make.

What families say
...but what impressed us most about Jane Un Bail Bonds is that the "Bail Today, Pay Later" is real. Coming up with the money to afford the bail was pretty much impossible and we did not have much collateral. But Jane allowed us to make monthly payments we could afford. I don't know what we would have done without this program. Nobody else offered it to us.
Nobody wants to be in a situation where a Bail Bond is needed. And I never thought I would ever be put in jail and need one. But it happened. I m so glad I found Jane. She got me out fast and worked it out so that I could afford to make monthly payments.

1% down is a down payment on approved credit, not the price of the bond. The premium is the rate on file with the California Department of Insurance, 10% of the bail amount, or 8% when a private attorney is retained or you or the defendant is a veteran. The balance goes on a payment plan.
